Mel teaches classes to real estate investors and has made numerous presentations to LCPIA membership.

We are located in northeast Illinois, and our training services are offered in Lake and McHenry Counties.

Our signs can be shipped all over the United States. For shipments within Illinois, we are required to charge the appropriate sales tax.

Training classes are held in temporary spaces; we do not use a permanent training facility. This means we can go to where the demand is greatest, and set up classes in locations most convenient for our trainees.

Our company processes, ships and tracks your orders, and provides customer service. Our signs ship nationwide. All products are new, unused. We do not sell used or refurbished items. Most of the signs we sell are in stock, and orders processed before 4:00 PM Central Time typically ship the same day. 

RETURN POLICY All defective products must be new, unused, and have a pre-approved Returned Materials Authorization Number (RMA) before returning to us. All materials returned must: 

1. Be defective

2. Be returned within 14 days of invoice date

If your item is defective upon receipt, and you notify us within 14 days of the invoice date, we will arrange for UPS to pickup the defective unit from you at our expense. We will ship you a new item at no charge as soon as we receive the defective item back. Products that have been exposed to hazardous materials (i.e. asbestos, lead, etc.) cannot be returned or shipped for any reason. All sales are otherwise final.
